1. Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name and email address. When you use an account, we process account identifiers, profile information, preferences, and information you provide to us. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message.

We also process technical and usage information, such as browser and device details, website interactions, and cookie identifiers, to operate the website, understand its use, and investigate problems.

2. Your Gmail connection

Connecting Gmail is optional and separate from signing in to hasarak. You choose an account and approve the requested access on Google’s consent screen. WorkOS Pipes manages authorization and tokens. We never ask for your Google password.

The planned integration uses read-only access to process your connected account identifier, message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient details, subject lines, message text, timestamps, and labels needed to identify relevant inbox conversations. Google’s read permission covers the mailbox; the inbox coverage and history window used by hasarak will be explained before you connect.

This connection cannot send email, create drafts in Gmail, change labels, or delete messages. Suggestions displayed in hasarak do not themselves change your mailbox.

3. How we use information

We use website and account information to provide the service, manage early-access requests, respond to you, maintain accounts, improve the website, and protect against misuse.

The Gmail integration is intended to identify unanswered questions, follow-ups, and relevant work context, and display findings with references to the source conversations. When you enable analysis, relevant email content will be processed by the AI provider used by your selected agent. We will identify that provider and explain its processing and retention before you enable the feature, including any scheduled background analysis.

We will not use Gmail information or its derivatives to train general-purpose AI models, serve advertising, or make credit decisions. We do not sell Google user data. Connecting your mailbox does not by itself authorize sharing its contents with your team.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use WorkOS for authentication and connected-account authorization, Cloudflare for application infrastructure, and PostHog for analytics, feature experiments, session replay, and browser error reports. Early-access signup analytics include the name and email address you submit. Session replay records interactions and visible page content on the website and in the app; diagnostic capture can also include network request and response details. Providers process information to support these functions.

Before Gmail analysis becomes available, we will identify the AI and storage providers involved, describe what information they receive, and ensure Gmail content and derived findings are excluded from analytics, session recordings, and diagnostic capture.

Access to Google message content by our staff or providers is limited to your explicit agreement for particular data, necessary security investigations, or applicable legal requirements. Any transfer of Google information must meet Google’s Limited Use restrictions, including the consent required for a business transfer.

hasarak’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. These commitments also apply to information derived from Google data.

5. Storage and retention

We retain website, account, and support information for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining your account or early-access request, responding to you, and meeting applicable obligations. You can contact us to request removal of your information.

Gmail message storage, derived findings, agent memory, provider retention, and backup deletion are part of the integration being prepared. We will publish the applicable retention limits and deletion process before enabling Gmail processing. Google’s restrictions on copies and caching apply to that processing.

Removing access in Google prevents future authorized reads, but does not automatically delete information previously imported into another service. Deleting imported information from hasarak will not delete your original emails from Gmail.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to connect Gmail. If you have authorized a connection, you can remove access in your Google Account connections by selecting hasarak or hasarak Sandbox and removing its access.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by hasarak, email contact@underscore.am from your account address and describe your request. Please do not include passwords or email contents. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to your account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies and security

The website uses cookies and similar identifiers for authentication, analytics, and feature experiments. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in.

We restrict access to personal information to support the purposes described here. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe your information or account has been compromised.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page as our service and practices change and revise the date above. Before using connected Google information for a new purpose, we will explain the change and obtain the required consent.
