Is there a free trial of Team?
Yes. Every workspace can try Team for 14 days before choosing a plan. No card is needed to start.
Who counts as a member?
Anyone who can sign in to the workspace. Connectors don't count as members.
What counts toward the 2 connectors on Free?
Every connector installed in the workspace, from the marketplace or added by URL. Team has no connector limit.
What happens when the Free plan hits 10 members?
Everyone keeps working. New members can join once the workspace moves to Team or someone leaves.
What happens to messages older than 90 days on Free?
They are kept, just hidden. Upgrade to Team and the full history comes back.
How is billing calculated?
Team is billed monthly per active member. Members added mid-month are prorated, and removed members stop counting from the next bill.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from workspace settings; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Larger teams can ask for an invoice.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Write to hello@hasarak.com from your organization's address and we'll set it up.
Which apps are included?
The web app, in both styles, on every plan. The terminal, desktop, iOS and Android apps aren't released yet.
