Enable ChatGPT

An admin installs the connector once; each member then signs in to their own ChatGPT account with a code and asks @ai.

Install the connector workspace admin

In Settings › Connectors, press Install on the ChatGPT row. See Install a connector.

Start signing in each member

In Settings › AI, press Add a ChatGPT account. OpenAI’s sign-in page, auth.openai.com/codex/device, opens in a new tab, and Settings shows a code: Enter <code> on the sign-in page.

Enter the code each member

Sign in to ChatGPT on that page and enter the code. Hasarak notices when you’re done and adds the account with its email and plan. Answers count against that account’s ChatGPT plan.

Ask @ai each member

Write @ai and your question in any channel or thread. ChatGPT answers in the thread, with the conversation so far as context.

The code sign-in uses the same public client as OpenAI’s Codex CLI, which is not OpenAI’s integration for hosted apps and can change without notice.
