Enable a custom connector

A developer deploys the connector; a workspace admin installs it by its URL.

Status Early: the connector protocol spec and the TypeScript SDK aren't published yet. Installing a connector by URL works today.

Build it developer

A connector is one HTTP endpoint that answers Hasarak’s actions (install, refresh, event, invoke, tool, remove) with JSON. The protocol is written in OpenAPI, and the @hasarak/sdk package wraps it for Cloudflare Workers and Bun; neither is published yet.

Verify Hasarak’s signature developer

Hasarak signs every action with an Ed25519 key. Give the connector Hasarak’s public key as HASARAK_PUBLIC_KEY; the SDK rejects (401) any action whose signature doesn’t verify.

Install it by URL workspace admin

In Settings › Connectors, press Install from URL, paste the endpoint into Connector URL and press Install. Hasarak reads its manifest and installs it with the permissions it lists.

Approve new permissions workspace admin

When a later version asks for more, its row shows needs approval; press it to approve.
